Packages start from €500 per month + VAT. The final price depends on the channels you choose, the scope of work and whether you need a custom workflow. You get the exact price after a free audit. The offer shows the service fee and other costs separately, so you can compare the total cost before you start.

Three things. First, the channels: SEO/GEO in AI Agent, SEO/GEO and Google Ads or Meta Ads in AI Team, and all channels in AI Department, including Meta Ads and social media. Second, human support: with AI Agent we meet quarterly and with AI Team monthly. In AI Department a dedicated growth lead runs the work, and we meet twice a month for the first 3 months, then monthly. Consultation between meetings costs extra with AI Agent and AI Team and is included with AI Department. Third, AI Department includes a marketing plan, a brand guide, a content plan and one custom workflow. The dashboard and the agent activity overview are included in every package.

In packages with advertising you also see ad spend and cost per inquiry, and for an online store, orders, revenue and ROAS. Both. AI agents handle the bulk of the daily work: content, optimization, analysis and reports, while a human leads the strategy and controls the quality. The packages differ in the level of human support. With AI Agent we meet quarterly, with AI Team monthly, and with AI Department a dedicated growth lead works with you and is accountable for the results.

It’s an automated workflow built for your process that integrates with your software (e.g. Directo, Merit, WooCommerce). For example, automatically adding products to your online store, or customer support that answers questions about orders. The AI Department package includes one, and it can be added to the AI Team package. Pricing is setup + monthly fee.

No. AI usage runs on your own AI subscription, and you pay only for actual usage, directly to the provider. We add no markup, so costs stay transparent and under control.

We agree on the terms in the quote, based on your needs. The logic is simple: the system needs time to get up to speed, but we don’t lock anyone into a service that doesn’t create value.

Your data and published content (articles, product pages) stay with you. The agents’ work and integrations end when the contract ends. Clear and fair, with no exit fee.

Yes. For an online store, the dashboard tracks orders and revenue instead of inquiries: you see each channel’s orders, revenue and ROAS, the path from visit to order and your best-selling products. Not directly, because the agents work to an agreed plan. You can, however, add a suggestion on the dashboard (a topic, page, product or campaign), and the agent takes it into account on its next run. With AI Department you can also add events and requests, change the marketing plan, and edit, pause or approve posts and ads. Bigger changes are agreed at our meetings.
